{{ I keep going back and forth on this, but I plan archiving this blog and use the one I created ages ago for the same purpose @chaotic-criminal . I’ve been on daggersandsparks for… I don’t know, ten years? I have nearly 10k posts on here. It’s hard to find things sometimes. The name also better encapsulate all of her verses instead of just her fantasy ones, as those were her original verses.
{{ I’ll be doing some housekeeping over there in order to get a proper new start. I’ll be reblogging the few posts on there here. I’ll try to put them on private, but I might be slow on that, so I apologize.
Mairwen glanced over at the large man, a wicked smile stretching across her face. Ah, but hadn’t she heard something like that before? Many times, in fact. She suspected that part of it had to do with her specifically, though it was hard to say, really.
❝If you ask me, it can be a bit of a deterrent. Some of these things you just can’t do with a stable mind.❞

Mairwen clicked her tongue at the warning. They weren’t close enough that the dragon would come after them… Yet. But it certainly looked like it was in the same direction they were going. ❝Shall we fight it or find a detour?❞
“Well I know that Mairwen.” He said with some agitation in his voice. The girls seemed like they had been getting closer, not to mention the light kiss fiona told him Mair gave to Faustus.
“Am I to assume you kiss all your friends?” He rubs his temples in frustration. “You know what… I don’t care…” he shakes his head party giving up.
His agitation made the grin spread across her face. The frustration. She’d been too nice to him before she’d run away, and so this time she spent far more time teasing him. He was going to be keeping a closer eye on her anyway, so there wasn’t as much point to putting on the front.
❝Generally, yes.❞ She shrugged. No point in hiding it. ❝It’s my main reason for kissing, actually. Much more fun than someone who’s going to make it into something else, after all.❞
“You came to me for a hug? There have to be better huggers than me. I don’t know… Iron Bull seems like he’d give good ones, maybe?” That was his first thought, at least, when considering those around. There were probably some others. “I’m wearing plate.” He also hadn’t really hugged anyone in a while.
There were definitely better huggers in Skyhold. At least she assumed so, between not having hugged many of them, and especially not having hugged him, she couldn’t say for sure. ❝That’s fine! Means I won’t accidentally stab you with one of my pocket daggers.❞
That was… Mostly a joke. But at this point, her pride wasn’t gonna let her go away and ask someone else for a hug.
❝Also Iron Bull would pick me up mid hug and Creators know where I’d end up.❞
@inthisfire-ifindrain : Fiona looks at Mairwen shocked. “ an innocent kiss? An innocent kiss I’ve never heard such things…” she starts to chuckle a bit.
“I mean why Faustus?!” She laughs. “I’ve just.. innocently kissed other men at the fort too.” Her tone was silly and a bit mocking.
Mairwen laughed at the shock and the mocking admission to kissing other men. Fiona was lucky that Mairwen had no real interest in keeping Vulpes on her side. ❝I think the difference is I do mean it’s innocent. Well, platonic at least.❞
It wasn’t really “innocent” in the literal sense, as she had her own intentions behind it. None harmful for him, of course, but she’d heard some rumours about him not liking women. Something that wasn’t exactly approved of in the Legion.
Their friendship with her small acts of affection might dissuade things a bit. ❝I just like to kiss my friends. Though, he’s a little rusty at it.❞

Adam smirked. “Fair enough, I prefer to do the eating myself anyway.” He said with a wink, clearly alluding to something sexual, the man is shameless.
Mairwen blinked for a moment at his double entendre before a grin spread across her face. She couldn’t help but laugh at his comment. She was a little upset she hadn’t thought of it herself, if she were honest. ❝The real question is if you’re any good at it.❞ She teased, humming thoughtfully and pretending to miss what he’d been implying.. ❝Dragons can finish someone off in one bite, after all.❞
The bard returned the kissed quite willingly. He didn’t quite know what was going on, but of course he would return it! When it broke, his head tilted slightly to the side. “What was that for?”
Mairwen paused for a moment at his question, humming slightly before she shrugged. ❝Seemed like a good idea.❞ She told him, giving him another kiss on the cheek for good measure. ❝Besides, not trying to inflate your ego or anything, but you are a pretty good kisser.❞
